Some nice ideas here Vince, layout is good and in line with existing conventions. Like the title and the colour - good house style with the black, yellow, grey. Not too sure about the blending of the three photos together, maybe that would work better for one of the other pages but something that unclear wouldn't normally be found on the cover of a magazine.
